Today, when more than seventy years have passed since the beginning of the Great Patriotic War, the importance of the memory of our history is especially important for the future. "Victory Day on May 9" we have been celebrating in Stuttgart for many years every year.

Flowers at the graves of those killed in German concentration camps, in Stuttgart during the Great Patriotic War of 1941-45. Here on the "Russian site" of the Central Cemetery in Stuttgart, the Red Army soldiers, Jews, prisoners of war of France, Belgian and Polish citizens are buried. The burial places were marked on the memorial plates with the dates of 1941 - 44 years.

Our task is to prepare memorial plates for restoration and clarify the names of all those who were buried at this place - by name. All that so far managed to organize on the initiative of the Foundation "Our New Times" is the laying of flowers on the "Victory Day May 9" in Stuttgart.

Let's not forget about other memorable days of our common history together. The events that gave the future to everyone today.

Flowers on the graves wither very quickly, especially in summer.

These flowers, which we laid on May 9 on Victory Day, looked like this in June.

Therefore, we decided to put on the "Russian site" just an order and hold by June 22 just - subbotnik.

Flowers on the graves of those killed in the Great Patriotic War 1941.45. should always be fresh.

At the initiative of the Foundation for the Support of Russian-speaking Compatriots Living in Germany "Our New Times", together with the Society of Blockadeurs of Stuttgart and veterans of the Great Patriotic War, a draft of a monument to those killed in the concentration camps of Stuttgart from 1941 to 1944 is being prepared.

Russian Stuttgart - the Russian Baden-Wurttemberg take in this feasible participation. We will celebrate not only our holiday - "Victory Day May 9", but also other memorable days of our common history of the Soviet people and peoples who participated in the victory over fascism during the Second World War.
